This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) is established by Next Gen AI Ltd (hereinafter “Company”) in accordance with current personal data legislation. We are committed to upholding principles of legality, fairness, and confidentiality when processing personal data acquired during the provision of our services or works to the User. This is in line with the terms of our gratuitous Size Recommendation and Virtual Try-On Services Agreement, designed to offer Users a realistic virtual representation and an accurate fit while shopping online (hereinafter referred to as “Services Agreement”).
User’s execution of the Services Agreement with the Company shall mean User’s consent with the Policy and its terms.
Definitions
a) Personal data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

User’s uploaded image. This is a crucial data point for the virtual try-on feature. A full-body image to provide a comprehensive virtual try-on experience.
User’s Gender: Influences body shape and fat distribution, crucial for predicting body measurements.
User’s Height: Key for determining clothing length and fit.
User’s Weight: Provides insights into body type and fit, aiding in predictions.
User’s Age: Impacts body composition and fat distribution patterns, especially when combined with gender.
User’s generated body Measurements (calculated automatically based on the user’s input): Bust/Chest Size, Waist Size, Hip Size, Inseam, Foot Size, Shoulder Width, Arm Length.
Usage information. We collect information about your activity through our services. For instance, this may include which functions in our apps you used, which pages were viewed, buttons you have selected, or whether there were any errors during your use of our service.

Purposes for using your personal data
What we collect information for?
To perform contracts concluded with the user. Specifically, but not limited to Size Recommendation and Virtual Try-On Services Agreement, designed to offer Users a realistic virtual representation and an accurate fit while shopping online
To keep in touch with the user. If necessary, to send notifications, information and requests, including advertising information, as well as to process applications, inquiries and requests from users
Marketing. Promotion of services in the market through direct contact with users.
Research. We conduct research on the information we collect. For example, we conduct statistical and other studies based on pseudonymised personal data.
Develop new features & improve existing ones. We can use your personal data for machine learning of statistical algorithms, creation and dissemination of neural networks and artificial intelligence technologies; creation and dissemination of technologies for analyzing biological and physiological characteristics of users, including their height, body measurements, physical appearance, the use of such technologies to create and disseminate new information, products, technical solutions and other developments for the design, selection and manufacture of clothing, accessories and other items for individual use etc.
Data security
The Company, when processing personal data of the Customer, shall take all required legal, organizational and technical measures for their protection against illegal or random access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, and also from other illegal actions in respect to them. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
